Do I need a permit before scheduling an inspection?
Yes, in most cases a valid permit number is required before inspections can be scheduled. If your project qualifies for an exception (such as certain HVAC emergency work), our team can guide you through the proper process.

Can you help with zoning or getting permits approved?
While we don’t handle zoning or permit applications, we’re happy to support you once your permit is issued. Our team specializes in inspections and keeping your project moving through each required stage. For zoning or permit approvals, your local city or county office will be the best resource.
